Ingredients
- 500g white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or mahi-mahi)
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeรฑo, finely chopped (optional)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 avocado, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep the Mango Salsa: Combine the diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeรฑo (if using), and lime juice in a bowl. Add salt to taste and stir. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
