Grilled Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce - Monday, Week 21

Welcome to Monday of Week 21! This week is all about fish, and we're starting off with a delicious Grilled Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce. This recipe is simple, but the result is a flavorful and satisfying dish.

Ingredients

For the Salmon:

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 150 grams each)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for brushing

For the Lemon Butter Sauce:

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 125 grams of unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and brush them with olive oil.
  3. Grill the salmon for about 4-6 minutes on each side, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  4. While the salmon is grilling, make the lemon butter sauce. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the grilled salmon and garnish with fresh dill, if desired.
