Ingredients

  • 300g fettuccine
  • 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 200g scallops
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pasta: Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Seafood: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sautΓ© for about a minute. Add the shrimp and scallops. Cook until the shrimp are pink and the scallops are opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove seafood from skillet and set aside.
