Shrimp Scampi Pasta - Thursday, Week 21

Ingredients
- 250 grams of linguine pasta
- 300 grams of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the linguine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sautΓ© until fragrant.
