Join us as we embark on a flavorful voyage through the sunny coastlines and vibrant landscapes of the Mediterranean. This week at Wine and Dine, we are delighted to present a special menu, pairing iconic dishes from Italy, France, Spain, and Greece with the finest regional wines. Let's dive into a sea of tastes and aromas, capturing the spirit of Mediterranean hospitality in each bite and sip.

The Menu

  • Monday: Italian Caprese Salad with Balsamic Reduction.
Wine Pairing: A crisp and fruity Verdicchio from Italy's Marche region is perfect for our fresh Caprese Salad.
  • Tuesday: French Ratatouille, a vibrant vegetable medley that sings of Provence.
Wine Pairing: A rich and complex Châteauneuf-du-Pape from the Southern Rhône region of France, its dark fruit and earthy notes will beautifully complement our Ratatouille.
  • Wednesday: Spanish Seafood Paella, a spectacle of flavors and textures.
Wine Pairing: Ideally enjoyed with a refreshing and zesty Albariño from Rías Baixas, Spain.
  • Thursday: Greek Moussaka, an indulgent layering of eggplant and lamb.
Wine Pairing: A robust and earthy Agiorgitiko from Nemea, Greece, will beautifully highlight our Moussaka.
  • Friday: Classic Italian Osso Buco, a slow-cooked masterpiece to celebrate the end of the week.
Wine Pairing: Paired with a structured and full-bodied Barolo from Piedmont, Italy.
And for dessert, enjoy a Classic Italian Tiramisu paired with a sweet and luscious Moscato d'Asti.
