Welcome back, fellow foodies and wine lovers! For this week, we'll be heading north, exploring the rich and hearty flavors of Northern Italy. We'll savor the creamy risottos and polenta of Lombardy, the seafood wonders of Veneto, and the decadent truffle-laden dishes of Piedmont.

Monday: Risotto alla Milanese

An emblematic dish of Milan, this creamy, saffron-infused risotto is a perfect start to our Northern Italian culinary journey.

Tuesday: Polenta e Osei

A traditional dish from Bergamo, this consists of soft polenta served with small roasted birds. A true Lombardian classic!

Wednesday: Fegato alla Veneziana

This Venetian specialty comprises thinly sliced liver cooked with onions and served with creamy polenta. Truly a dish to remember.
