Each dish pays homage to autumn’s bounty and pairs wonderfully with wines that evoke the essence of fall. Without further ado, let's delve into this week's menu!

Week 36 Menu: Autumn Delights 🍁

  • 7-8 Apples (Gala or Fuji), cored and sliced
  • 400g Assorted mushrooms (shiitake, portobello, cremini), sliced

  • 200g Turnips, peeled and sliced
  • 200g Parsnips, peeled and sliced
  • 2 large Potatoes, chopped
  • 2 large Onions, chopped
  • 2 medium Onions, finely chopped

  • 12-14 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 10 Sage leaves

  • 100g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 150 ml Heavy cream (optional)

  • 1.5 kg Chicken pieces (thighs, drumsticks, and breast)
  • 1 kg Beef chuck, cut into cubes
  • 200g Smoked bacon, diced
  • 4 Pork chops, bone-in, about 200g each
